Nora McLaughlin, MFT

Nora McLaughlin, MFT, is a marriage and family therapist who works systemically with individuals, couples, and families. She works with children and families navigating emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges, including anxiety, parent-child conflict, and family transitions. Through play therapy, Nora helps children express emotions, process experiences, and develop regulation skills in a developmentally appropriate way.

Caitlin Romanelli, LAPC, is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She works primarily with young children who experience anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, behavioral concerns, or difficulty adjusting to changes such as school transitions or family stress. Caitlin uses play therapy to help children communicate feelings, build coping skills, and develop a stronger sense of emotional safety in a way that feels natural and engaging.

Jade is very passionate about working with children regarding emotional regulation, managing stress and anxiety, and behavioral concerns as well as assisting parents in emotional regulation, navigating identity after parenthood and managing stress/anxiety. Through play therapy Jade aims to assist children with identifying and processing emotions as well as developing regulation skills and coping mechanisms they can utilize daily.
