Meet Megan

Jade Jones, LSW

Jade brings a warm and grounded presence to her work with families, specializing in support for parents navigating the intensity of postpartum anxiety, chronic stress, and burnout. She understands that the transition into parenthood often comes with deep overwhelm, and she provides a compassionate space for moms and parents to process these big emotions. Her approach focuses on helping clients move out of survival mode and back into a place of confidence and connection within their own lives.

In her work with children, Jade utilizes play therapy to help her youngest clients express themselves and build vital emotional regulation skills. She treats play as a child’s natural language, creating a safe environment to address behavioral challenges and anxiety. By supporting both the parent’s mental health and the child’s development, Jade helps families in create more harmony and resilience at home.

Therapeutic Philosophy

Megan believes that “we heal within the context of relationships.” At the heart of her work is the belief that a supportive, genuine relationship between therapist and client is the foundation for lasting change. She brings a calm, flexible, and down-to-earth presence to every session, helping clients feel understood, accepted, and empowered to grow.
