Meet Nora

Nora McLaughlin, MFT

Nora McLaughlin, MFT is a marriage and family therapist who believes that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Systemically trained, Nora works with individuals, couples, and families to explore how their relationships and environments shape their identity and overall mental health. Nora is especially passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults, and brings a thoughtful, developmentally attuned lens to each stage of life.

She supports clients in awakening awareness, encouraging action, fostering healing, cultivating joy, and creating meaningful change. She strives to create a warm and welcoming space where clients feel seen, supported, and understood. Her approach is compassionate and collaborative, with a blend of humor, authenticity, and directness to help clients face life’s challenges and build effective, lasting solutions.

Outside the therapy room, she loves collecting the weird and wonderful—jungle-sized houseplants, vintage furniture, and most recently, a white Stetson. When she’s not singing karaoke (poorly) or chasing after her toddler, she’s been planning her next trip to the southwest to ride motorcycles through the desert.
