Megan Ellow, LCSW, Owner

Megan is the owner of Nest Counseling, which she started in 2018. She has worked with children and families for over 15 years. She’s a licensed clinical social worker in Pennsylvania and Delaware as well as a clinical supervisor. She specializes in Perinatal Mental Health for parents struggling with issues related to pregnancy and parenting. She also works with young children using Play Therapy.

When she’s not helping clients navigate life's challenges, you can find her camping under the stars with her husband and three kids, whipping up a new recipe in the kitchen, or indulging in some bad reality TV

Therapeutic Philosophy

Megan believes that “we heal within the context of relationships.” At the heart of her work is the belief that a supportive, genuine relationship between therapist and client is the foundation for lasting change. She brings a calm, flexible, and down-to-earth presence to every session, helping clients feel understood, accepted, and empowered to grow.
